Hello! I'm Sarah.

I'm an Integrative Health Practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition and holistic wellness. My mission is to guide you on your journey towards optimal health and well-being, using a holistic approach that addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

My Health Journey & Background

The clear connectedness of health, lifestyle and spirituality weren't always at the forefront of my mind. Growing up in rural Appalachia (a virtual food desert in the late 90's and early 00's) it was often difficult to identify truly healthy lifestyle options. Whether it was cultural pressure, a lack of understanding or simply a lack of options, there always seemed to be a barrier between myself and healthy/satisfying choices for my health.

However, I (much like many of you I'm sure) eventually realized that optimal health was something I had to come by of my own volition which led me to dedicate myself to a healthier life. This understanding swayed me towards my academic pursuit of a bachelor's in human nutrition and holistic wellness from the College of William & Mary in Virginia and continues to influence me as I try to guide and support you through your health journey.

What Services Do I Offer?

My current offering is a package spanning 12–16 weeks where we will meet one-on-one and create a plan for your wellness journey. We will meet a total of 4 times over those 12–16 weeks, and I will be available by chat or email when we are not in session. This package includes:

As a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, I believe that health is not merely the absence of disease but a state of complete physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I take a comprehensive and individualized approach to health, considering each person's unique circumstances, lifestyle, and goals.

My philosophy revolves around empowering you with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions about your health. Together, we'll explore the root causes of any health concerns you may have and work towards creating a personalized plan that aligns with your specific needs and aspirations.
